With this excel file you can calculate Distance and Bearing easily, just you have to input the Easting and Northing values only.

You can generate Distance and Bearing of upto 25 lines at a time and if you have a large data set then repeat the operation to get the results.

The calculated Bearing is in two type of formats i.e. DMS (Degree Minute Second) format and Decimal (D.ddd) format
